In 2019, an innovative partnership formed between Say Yes Buffalo, Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York, Buffalo Public Schools, The John R. Oishei Foundation and Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo to extend Neighborhood Health Center’s reach beyond the walls of its health centers, and into the schools and lives of some of our most promised future leaders.
Acting as an extension clinic for Buffalo Public School students, Neighborhood Health Center’s Health in Motion mobile unit, is provided in partnership with Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York to address the overall well-being and success of a student’s primary care needs.
