Oishei Foundation and Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo to extend Neighborhood Health Center’s reach beyond the walls of its health centers, and into the schools and lives of some of our most promised future leaders.
Acting as an extension clinic for Buffalo Public School students, Neighborhood’s Health in Motion mobile unit addresses the overall well-being and success of students' primary care needs.
