Employee & Community Referral Program

If the person you refer is hired and successfully completes 90 days on the job, you'll be eligible for a gift card!

How to make a referral: 

• Look for eligible job openings on our careers listing page.
• Complete the referral online form, or the Employee & Community Referral Program Postcard and send it to Neighborhood's human resources team
• Have the referred candidate list you on the employment application as the source for hearing about the position
• After the candidate completes 90 days of employment at Neighborhood, is in good standing and without any disciplinary actions, then you'll receive a gift card. Please note if you're a Neighborhood employee who referred a candidate, you must be actively working, in good standing, without any disciplinary actions and employed at Neighborhood at the time of the reward distribution.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee, patient, or community member may make, or the number of rewards distributed.
• Neighborhood's human resources team and hiring staff overseeing the referred candidate's position (i.e. immediate supervisor of the person being hired) are not eligible for this reward.
• If the person you're referring is a re-hire or transfer employee, you won't be eligible for this reward.
• Only one reward will be given per referred candidate, even if the candidate is referred by multiple employees, patients or community members​.
