Employee & Community Referral Program

If your referral is hired and completes 90 days on the job, you'll be eligible to receive a reward!

Here's how to qualify: 

• Look for eligible job openings on our careers listing page.
• Complete an Employee & Community Referral Program Postcard for submission to Neighborhood's human resources team, or complete and submit the referral via an online form.
• Have the referred candidate list you on his/her employment application as the source for hearing about the position.
• After 90 days of employment, in good standing and without any disciplinary actions, the referring staff member, patient, or community member will receive a reward in the form of a gift card. Please note that the referring staff member must be actively working, in good standing, without any disciplinary actions and employed at the time of reward distribution

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Neighborhood Health Center employee, patient, or community member may make, or the number of rewards distributed.
• Neighborhood's human resources team and hiring staff overseeing the referred candidate's position (i.e. immediate supervisor of the person being hired) are not eligible for this reward.
• Referred individuals exclude re-hires or transfer employees.
• A candidate may only be referred by one Neighborhood employee patient or community member​.
