I would say my first manager had the most impact on my career path. She was an amazing leader that had a big impact on me and many of my coworkers. As I progressed in my career and took on many managerial roles, I incorporated many of her leadership tactics including her ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve organization and personal goals.
I was able to administer Narcan to a patient in the parking lot of my practice and save his life. He came back to me in few days to thank me for it.
I spent my childhood and high school education overseas. That has helped me better understand culture differences.
