If you were to win $1 million to support your favorite cause, what would it be and why?
I would support Amnesty International which is a grassroots organization fighting for the human rights of people all over the world. I have seen firsthand in my patients the lasting effects of human rights violations and would love to be able to impact the safety and health of people who are being denied their basic human rights throughout the world.
What is the most inspiring part of your job?
New mothers falling in love with their babies and helping those babies grow with their families. The greatest honor for me is taking care of the children of my former patients.
