With a targeted grand opening in early 2022, this new office will provide an immediate quality and affordable primary care home to thousands of area residents who are actively seeking access to care. The new 26,000 square foot office will be conveniently located between the two already established Neighborhood Health Center city offices - 300 Niagara Street (Neighborhood Health Center | Mattina) and 155 Lawn Avenue (Neighborhood Health Center | Northwest).

In addition to opening this new office for primary care, we are excited about the prospects of expanding our integrated services, such as behavioral health and nutritional care into this office. New at this particular location, the Health Center is looking into possibilities through funder support for opening a community kitchen and/or gym on-site. The site’s major focus will be on implementing an ER divergence program by providing additional support services to chronic disease patients and the community.
