The past few months have been an incredibly challenging time here at Neighborhood Health Center, yet it has afforded us the opportunity to come up with some creative solutions to ensure continued operations and patient care.

As some of our higher risk patients with certain health conditions are encouraged to remain out of the office during this pandemic, we need to assure that we can continue to provide access to excellent care from our team to keep these individuals healthy. TeleHealth has provided a necessary bridge between provider and patient to tend to crucial follow up while limiting risk posed to these individuals.

As we continue the fight against the coronavirus, we ask that you consider supporting us through our Amazon Wish List to help ensure superb patient care at this critical time. Our Amazon Wish List includes vital healthcare items needed to develop at-home TeleHealth kits for our patients in most need.
