Ways to Support Neighborhood Health Center's TeleHealth Initiative
In this time of uncertainty, and in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, there’s a fundamental truth that gives us hope—that together we can do extraordinary things!
The past few months have been an incredibly challenging time here at Neighborhood Health Center, yet it has afforded us the opportunity to come up with some creative solutions to ensure continued operations and patient care.
As some of our higher risk patients with certain health conditions are encouraged to remain out of the office during this pandemic, we need to assure that we can continue to provide access to excellent care from our team to keep these individuals healthy. TeleHealth has provided a necessary bridge between provider and patient to tend to crucial follow up while limiting risk posed to these individuals.
As we continue the fight against the coronavirus, we ask that you consider supporting us through our Amazon Wish List to help ensure superb patient care at this critical time. Our Amazon Wish List includes vital healthcare items needed to develop at-home TeleHealth kits for our patients in most need. These kits are necessary to ensure our patients continue to receive the same quality care they are used to. You can also support us by making a donation directly to us here.
We invite you to hear more from one of our Community Health team members through video (below) on how supporting our TeleHealth initiative will help us better connect with our patients during (and beyond) the current COVID crisis.
As always we thank all of our donors, partners and funders for the continued generosity and support. Moreover, we thank you for being a part of our Neighborhood Health Center family. We are thinking of you as we serve our neighbors and keep true to our values as we breakthrough barriers to find the solutions necessary to serve with the utmost quality and safety.
