Did you know health centers across the nation, including Neighborhood Health Center, are required to report a core set of information to the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) about the care they provide? This includes information about health outcomes, patients' use of services, staffing and costs. From this data, HRSA determines a quality score for each health center, and awards badges to those with high quality scores.

• National Quality Leader in Diabetes Health

Along with being the highest ranked health center for quality in Western New York, Neighborhood ranks in the top 20% of all health centers in the nation.

Neighborhood also studies the core set of data to identify focus areas for improving patients’ health outcomes.
