Services have expanded at Neighborhood Health Center Southtowns!

The site at 151 Elmview Avenue in Hamburg has added family medicine (adults and children), in addition to OB-GYN care, to better serve you.

The office has been renovated over the last couple of months and we are now scheduling appointments at the site. Use the patient portal to request an appointment, or give us a call at 716-648-4345.

New patients are welcome. Everyone is welcome regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Neighborhood is here for you!
