Recently, Neighborhood Health Center podiatrists Dr. Mohammad Junayed Khan, DPM and Dr. Ying Shao, DPM volunteered with UB HEAL's Annual Foot Clinic and preceptor medical students from Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, offering foot exams and health advice.

People who are experiencing homelessness often spend much of the day moving from place to place, so foot care is critical.

UB HEALS is a street medicine outreach initiative aiming to engage with the chronically homeless of Buffalo.
