Neighborhood Health Center is celebrating a 2024 Brick by Brick award recognizing the expansion at Neighborhood's Mattina site. Through the Brick by Brick awards program, Buffalo Business First annually recognizes the best real estate, construction and development projects in Western New York. The new two-story wing at 300 Niagara Street is providing much needed space and doubled the size of the dental suite at Mattina, allowing the health center to expand access to care.

Thank you Kirst Construction Inc., COLBY Development, LLC, Carmina Wood Design and everyone who had a hand in bringing the Mattina expansion vision to reality! This is the second consecutive year Neighborhood has been honored with a Brick by Brick award. In 2023, Neighborhood won for its Riverway site (1569 Niagara Street) which repurposed a former manufacturing facility.
