Neighborhood Health Center is honored to be named a 2022 finalist for Buffalo Business First's Best Places to Work. The winners will be announced at a luncheon at Buffalo Riverworks on March 10.

In order for Neighborhood to become a Best Places to Work finalist, Neighborhood employees were asked to complete a survey which measures six key engagement categories. The survey questions focused on communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.
