In the mid to late 1990s, the Northwest Buffalo Community Health Care Center faced financial struggles which forced the organization to make sacrifices and refocus in order to continue the mission of serving the Western New York community with quality healthcare.

Today, Neighborhood cares for more than 29,000 unique patients with a patient-centered approach that is respectful of individual patients’ preferences and needs.
