Our newest location opened June 13, 2022! 

This new site provides access to quality, affordable primary care for thousands of area residents who are actively seeking care. Our 26,000 square foot facility at 1569 Niagara Street is called Neighborhood Health Center Riverway and it joins our two already established city locations – Mattina and Northwest – and two suburban locations – Blasdell and Southtowns. The Riverway location is at the corner of Niagara Street and Forest Avenue, directly adjacent to the Niagara River.

Riverway's design features a patient services center with the full complement of Neighborhood's services including internal/family medicine, OB-GYN, pediatrics, dentistry, behavioral health, nutrition counseling, podiatry and a pharmacy. The space also serves as an additional administrative office.
