Who has been influential to you on your career path?
My mother, a physician in Buffalo, has been one of the biggest influences on my career. She taught me to make the most of my education and to appreciate that learning never truly ends after graduation. Her example continues to inspire me as a dentist to keep learning and growing.
Describe a time in your life when you experienced or witnessed the importance of good quality healthcare.
As a dentist, I’ve seen first-hand the immediate positive impact that restoring a patient’s smile can have. Seeing their confidence and happiness return when they feel comfortable smiling again is one of the most rewarding aspects of providing high-quality care.
What is something about your education experience that is unique?
Working in a Special Needs Dental clinic as a resident with ECMC. Being able to provide comprehensive quality care for all patients by utilizing different approaches in order to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?
Traveling and experiencing new places.
