Who has been influential to you in your career path?
My high school guidance counselor has been influential in my career path because I really admired her ability to listen without judging. I thought it was fascinating that she seemed to understand the way people think. She is my reminder to be a safe, non-judgmental space for the folks I see.
Is there anything else you'd like people to know about you?
I absolutely love having new travel experiences.
What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?
I enjoy spending time with my dogs Shiloh and Kaiser or learning new recipes to cook.
Describe a time in your life when you experienced or witnessed the importance of good quality healthcare.
In my experience, I have seen patients who may have initially been frustrated by various barriers become relieved when offered helpful solutions to manage their concerns.
What is something about your education experience that is unique?
I double majored in Environmental Studies and Psychology.
