My grandfather, who is a hero to me and a whole community he belonged to. He risked his life to keep education alive so that his community can be educated. He saw education as a right and not a privilege. I wish to be of service to my community like my grandfather was, as healthcare is a right!
My greatest specialty is care for elderly patients and difficult patients. I moved in with my mom's mother after her passing, to help fill her void in caring for her mother who had advancing dementia and her sister who had Down syndrome. They always have a special place in my heart, as when I treat elderly patients it is like I am caring for my grandmother, and when I treat special needs patients, it is like I am treating my beloved aunt whom I miss every single day.
I enjoy staying up to date on the latest treatments, keeping up with my friends and family, and watching football! I hope to see the Buffalo Bills win a Super Bowl.
Patients telling me they are finally able to walk without being in pain, expressing that they have their lives back because of the treatment they received. They went on to be able to work and pay their bills, while enjoy the activities that keep them happy. I consider myself to be in the patient's corner, and putting in my efforts so that they enjoy a quality life which that they have a right to.
Part of my education experience includes exposure to prestigious systems and cutting edge treatments. Such as my experience at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital in the Cleveland Area. I also have training in minimal incision surgeries, 3D bunion correction, and various advanced wound care treatment modalities.
