The NYS Department of Health will be hosting a webinar on Monday, September 18 from 11am - 12pm. It will focus on renewing Medicaid coverage. To register, click here.  

Be sure to have your email, phone number, and address up-to-date in your NYS of Health account so you can be reached when it is time to renew your insurance. For free assistance with updating your account and renewing coverage, call 1-855-355-5777, or go to nystateofhealth.ny.gov and click “Get Enrollment Help” to be connected with a Certified Enrollment Assistor. 

Additionally, protect yourself from fraud by not sharing your personal information or giving money to anyone who contacts you saying you have to pay them to keep Medicaid or CHIP coverage. The NYS Medicaid office will never threaten you or your family with legal action or ask for your credit card information.
