Neighborhood Health Center names new Medical Director and Chief Clinical Officer.
Buffalo, NY – Neighborhood Health Center, a nonprofit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides medical, dental and behavioral health services in Western New York, is pleased to announce the promotion and new appointment of two local community health leaders. Personnel changes include the promotion of Christopher Biondolillo, MD-BC, who was promoted from Family Medicine Physician within Neighborhood Health Center’s Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Department to Medical Director. In addition, Neighborhood Health Center has also appointed Stacy Dean, ANP-BC, MBA as Chief Clinical Officer for the organization and its four community health center enterprise.
With extensive backgrounds in clinical outreach and administration, both Dr. Biondolillo and Ms. Dean bring unique expertise to the Neighborhood Health Center leadership team that enhance the organization’s mission to provide impactful healthcare to all Western New Yorkers.
Christopher Biondolillo, MD-BC
Born, bred and educated in Western New York, Dr. Christopher Biondolillo was recently promoted to Medical Director for Neighborhood Health Center after more than three years of service as Family Medicine Physician for the practice. Graduating from the University at Buffalo School of Biomedical Sciences in 2012, Dr. Biondolillo completed his Residency in Family Medicine at East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana, and returned to Buffalo to begin his career at Neighborhood Health Center in 2015.
Prior to joining the Neighborhood Health Center team, Dr. Biondolillo, who is also fluent in Spanish, received mission-related primary care experience in Nicaragua during his Residency and participated in a medical Spanish/externship summer program during medical school.
As Medical Director, Dr. Biondolillo assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of the medical practice’s delivery model as both clinician and administrator.
Stacy Dean, ANP-BC, MBA
Also a Western New York native, Stacy Dean brings more than 18 years of nursing and clinical leadership experience to her role as Chief Clinical Officer. As a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, Stacy has held previous clinical provider and leadership positions at Family Choice of New York and Lifetime Health Medical Group.
In addition to her clinical background, Stacy has also obtained an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and brings a variety of experience, including primary care, geriatrics, wound care and patient-quality management.
As Chief Clinical Officer, Stacy’s primary responsibility is enhancing the practice’s quality of nursing care and patient care programs, therefore assuring efficient and effective coordination and delivery in day-to-day patient care services.
Neighborhood Health Center, the DBA for Northwest Buffalo Community Health Care Center, has had a presence in the region’s primary care scene for more than 30 years and has grown to become the oldest and largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Western New York, providing high-quality, cost-effective primary care to all community members, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. With more than 60 medical, dental and social work providers, Neighborhood Health Center is projected to provide more than 100,000 visits to more than 26,000 unique patients in 2019.
