Every August, health centers across the country celebrate National Health Center Week. The week is an opportunity to increase awareness of America’s 1,512 community health centers, and highlight the commitment and passion of health center patients, staff, board members, and supporters. 

Health centers provide affordable, high-quality healthcare and are the primary care providers for 52 million people nationwide. One in 7 Americans, and one in 8 New Yorkers, is a health center patient.

In Western New York, Neighborhood Health Center's celebration of National Health Center Week, August 3-7, will include fun activities and learning opportunities, with resources and giveaways.
