Witnessing my parents’ personal encounters with systemic racism opened my eyes to the importance of fighting for diversity, equity, and inclusion and fueled my passion to be an advocate for change in the community and the workplace.
The fact that Neighborhood lives its mission of “Impactful healthcare provided by kind people so Western New Yorkers can achieve their dreams and goals” through every fiber of the organization interested me the most. I am honored to work for an organization that is a cornerstone of the community and focused on increasing access and opportunity for all.
