As supply allow and to help our processing for COVID-19 vaccine appointments, we will begin using a vaccination waitlist for our eligible Neighborhood Health Center patients.
Utilizing the Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, we are proud to offer a COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist for eligible Neighborhood Health Center patients, including:
Eligible Neighborhood Health Center patients (as outlined in the eligibility criteria above) who are interested in getting a COVID-19 vaccine are encouraged to register for the waitlist through the Neighborhood Health Center Patient Portal. For those who may not have a working email, the COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist can also be accessed by phone at (716) 875-2904.
Signing up for the Waitlist does not mean you are scheduled for a vaccination appointment. Rather, after a patient joins the Waitlist, the individual will then be contacted when it is their turn based on priority and current eligibility criteria. Again, and in alignment with guidance from the New York State Department of Health and federal guidelines, only individuals that are under the Phase 1a & 1b (healthcare and frontline worker) categories, seniors ages 65 years of age and older, and adults with comorbidities and underlying health conditions, are currently eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine.
